Yes. The majority of Arrived investors focus on long-term ownership and do not participate in the secondary market. While the secondary market can offer an optional path to liquidity, all properties are still managed with a long-term strategy in mind. Arrived continues to hold and sell properties according to their planned timelines based on market conditions.
