Fund Operating Cost & Fees:
Like any real estate fund, an Arrived City Fund will incur certain expenses related to operating and growing the fund over time. The potential expense reimbursements incurred include closing costs, offering costs, property renovation costs, sourcing costs, holding costs, operating expenses, financing, legal, & property management expenses.
