Steps on how to submit a redemption request for shares in the Arrived Real estate Income Fund
Investors may request the redemption of their fund holdings six months after their initial investment. Arrived has four redemption windows per year. Once the redemption window closes, we will review the requests within 7 calendar days and pay the request within the following 10 business days. A transaction must be held for at least 6 months to be eligible for liquidation in a given redemption window. For more details on how this works, check out this FAQ. Below you will find the steps on how to make a redemption request within Arrived.
1. Click Portfolio and then click Sell
2. Click Real Estate Income Fund
3. Continue
4. Continue
5. Type in number of shares and the click Continue
6. Continue
7. 6. Type in a reason and click Continue
7. Type in your initials, check the box and click Continue
8. Then you should see a screen to confirm your redemption with the estimated date. Additionally, you will be sent a redemption request email
