Steps on how to submit a redemption request for shares in the Arrived Private Credit Fund
Investors may request the redemption of their fund holdings six months after their initial investment. Arrived has four redemption windows per year. Once the redemption window closes, we will review the requests within 7 calendar days and pay the request within the following 10 business days. A transaction must be held for at least 6 months to be eligible for liquidation in a given redemption window. For more details on how this works, check out this FAQ. Below you will find the steps on how to make a redemption request within Arrived.
1. Login to your account and go to the Private Credit Fund offering page
2. Navigate Performance. Under Your Position, click Redemption Request
3. From here you will be able to see if you are eligible to request redemption. If you are not eligible, then you will see the date of when you can request. If you are eligible, then you will be able to move through the redemption flow.
