The Real Estate Income Fund provides exposure to various residential real estate-backed loans. Other Arrived offerings (individual property offerings and the Single Family Residential Fund) allow investors to own the underlying properties. The Real Estate Income Fund allows investors to own short-term debt acquired from 3rd party lenders that will fund various real estate projects such as rehab, renovation, and new construction.
