The Private Credit Fund provides exposure to various residential real estate-backed loans. Other Arrived offerings (individual property offerings and the Single Family Residential Fund) allow investors to own the underlying properties. The Private Credit Fund allows investors to own short-term debt acquired from 3rd party lenders that will fund various real estate projects such as rehab, renovation, and new construction.
