The Arrived Private Credit Fund is structured as a non-traded, private mortgage real estate investment trust (REIT). As an investor, you will be a shareholder in a diversified portfolio of loans across the United States that will continue to grow beyond the time of your initial investment. Returns will be generated via interest payments from the borrowers of loans within the Arrived Private Credit Fund.
