Arrived will send you the corresponding summarized tax disclosure form (specifically a 1099-DIV) for your investment by the end of January of the following year, so that you can file your taxes appropriately.
We will send out an email so you are aware! Once they have been distributed to your account, below are the steps to locate:
Login to your account
Click your name in the upper right hand corner
Account Settings
Documents
Click Taxes and ensure the drop down shows 2024
Click on 1099 DIV and this will open the option for you to download
