Investing in the Arrived Single Family Residential Fund can deliver returns in two ways.

1) Through dividends from the rental income on each property. The Arrived Single Family Residential Fund collects rent from a diversified pool of single-family properties and distributes the income from that rent to investors on a monthly basis.

2) Through appreciation resulting from the change in property values, which is reflected in the updated share prices. Increasing property values contribute to an increase in the fund’s Net Asset Value (NAV); the Fund’s share price is defined by its Net Asset Value.

Although the Arrived Single Family Residential Fund is new and is still in the process of building performance history around dividends and appreciation, Arrived has experience managing over 300 single-family residential properties. The charts below illustrate the quarterly dividends from rental income for individual homes funded on the Arrived platform before the launch of the Arrived Single Family Residential Fund.

It's important to note that the numbers below do not include any potential returns from property value appreciation, and past performance is not indicative of future returns.
