The first dividend for the Single Family Residential fund will be paid on February 25th for folks who invested by December 31st. Dividends for the Single Family Residential Fund are paid every month. Depending on the timing of when you invest, it could take up to 60 days to receive your first dividend. Any subsequent dividend will be paid out each month near the end of the month.

The second monthly dividend will be paid on March 25th. To qualify for this dividend, investors must invest by January 31st.
