How to set up MFA?

  1. While logged in, go to “My Account” → and click on the “Security” section

  2. Click “Set up Verification”

  3. An MFA enrollment email will be sent to your account. Click on the link.

  4. If you already have an authenticator app, skip to step 7

  5. Download Google Authenticator or another authentication app of your choice (Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)

  6. Open the app and begin setup.

  7. Add your Arrived Account by using the app to scan the QR code. If your camera is broken, you can click “Trouble Scanning?” to get a manual code to put into your authenticator app.

  8. Enter the verification code
