I'm having issues connecting my bank. Is there another way to connect a payment method?

We have an alternate way to link a bank account that doesn't use Plaid if you're having issues finding your bank. We can manually connect to your bank using a routing and account number, but we need some documentation that shows the account belongs to you.

To link your bank account manually, please follow these 5 steps:

  1. Login to My Account

  2. Go to Documents

  3. Go to Other

  4. Upload an image of voided check or an account statement (with routing number on it)

  5. Notify our team at support@arrived.com when this is complete so that we can finish linking to the account.

For Plaid: To link your bank with Plaid you need to log in to your account, then go to My Account β†’ Linked Bank Account β†’ Link Bank With Plaid.
