You can easily update your name or address from your account info page in the account tab on desktop or mobile browser. This cannot currently be updated on the iOS app. Please see steps below:
Login to your Arrived account
Click your name in the upper right hand corner
Account Settings
Account Info
Residential Address & Mailing Address
Update and click Save
