You can easily update your name or address from your account info page in the account tab on desktop or mobile browser. Please see steps below: 

1. Login to you Arrived account 
2. Click Account 
3. Click Settings 
4. Click Basic Account Info 
5. Click or Name 
6. Update and click Save
