Currently the Arrived platform is open to U.S. citizen or green card holder. Additionally, investors must reside within the 50 United States and be 18 years or older.
Individuals do not need to be an accredited investor to participate in Arrived individual property offerings, Single Family Residential Fund, the Real Estate Income Fund or a City Fund.
