Currently the Arrived platform is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents and H1B visa holders. Additionally, investors must reside within the 50 United States and be 18 years or older.

Individuals do not need to be an accredited investor to participate in either the Arrived individual property offerings or the Arrived Single Family Residential Fund.
