The Series LLC structure protects shareholders from personal liability while enabling tax treatment as a REIT for optimal tax advantages when applicable (note: vacation rental properties do not qualify for REIT status). Each LLC within the Series structure is dedicated to a single property or fund. When investors acquire shares through Arrived, they are effectively purchasing shares of the respective LLC that holds ownership of the property or fund.
