How often can I trade shares on the Secondary Market?

Written by Korin Hedlund

Properties become eligible for secondary market trading once the property is fully funded and held for at least 6 months. Note that funds follow a different redemption program and are not traded on the secondary market.

Trading windows occur on a monthly cadence, with each window open for a limited period. During each window, all eligible offerings may be available for trading, allowing investors to buy or sell shares across the marketplace. As a note, this is subject to change.

Below is the current trading window calendar for the 2026 calendar year:

This structure is designed to support a consistent and transparent trading experience by providing a clear, repeatable cadence so investors can plan ahead, concentrating buyer participation within each trading window, and simplifying the process by making all eligible offerings available during each window.

As with any investment, transactions on the secondary market depend on the availability of buyers and sellers, as well as pricing set by market participants. For more details, check out how the Arrived secondary market works.
