When I invest in an Arrived Fund, when do I get my first dividend?

When you invest in Arrived funds, there is a short ramp-up period before your investment becomes eligible to receive dividends.

This is because new capital takes time to be deployed into assets like loans or homes. As a result, new investments typically become eligible for dividends about 3 months after the investment date, once the capital is fully put to work.
