The secondary market will launch in phases, starting in August 2025, with a gradual expansion of the properties eligible for trading. This rollout is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all investors. Trading windows will then open quarterly in February, May, August, and November of 2026.
Key dates for the secondary market launch:
August 2025 – All eligible investors can buy shares. Selling is limited to properties that were launched through March 2022.
September 2025 – All eligible investors can buy shares. Selling is limited to properties launched between April 2022 and December 2024.
November 2025 – Eligible investors can buy and sell shares of all eligible properties.
Starting in 2026, the secondary market will operate on a quarterly trading schedule, with trading windows scheduled for February, May, August, and November.
