Arrived

Property shares become eligible for trading six months after their initial offering on the Arrived. Shares must be held for at least 60 days before they can be sold. Note that funds follow a <a href="https://help.arrived.com/en/articles/10582148-what-is-the-difference-between-the-arrived-secondary-market-and-the-arrived-redemption-program">different redemption program</a> and are not traded on the secondary market. 

This is a phased roll-out, so the August window will include 80 properties that were launched through March 2022. We will update this FAQ when the next cohort of properties becomes available, which is scheduled for September 2025. See below for the outline of eligible properties:
