The secondary market will launch in phases, starting in August 2025, with a gradual expansion of the properties eligible for trading. This rollout is designed to ensure a smooth experience for all investors. Trading windows will then open quarterly in February, May, August, and November of 2026.
August 2025 – All eligible investors can buy shares. Selling is limited to properties that were launched through March 2022.
September 2025 – All eligible investors can buy shares. Selling expands to include properties launched between April 2022 and December 2024.
November 2025 – Eligible investors can buy and sell shares of all eligible properties.
Starting in 2026, the secondary market will operate on a quarterly trading schedule, with trading windows scheduled for February, May, August, and November.
Property shares become eligible once they have been held for at least six months after their original offering on Arrived.
