Properties become eligible for secondary market trading once the property is fully funded and shares are held for at least 6 months.
Once eligible, shares are able to be listed during the next scheduled secondary trading window, which occurs monthly.
If you purchase shares during a secondary trading window, they must be held until the following window β shares cannot be bought and sold in the same trading period.

Note that Arrived funds follow a different redemption program and are not traded on the secondary market.
