Which property shares are eligible for trading on the secondary market?

Properties become eligible for secondary market trading once the property is fully funded and shares are held for at least 6 months.

Once eligible, shares are able to be listed during the next scheduled secondary trading window, which occurs monthly.

If you purchase shares during a secondary trading window, they must be held until the following window β€” shares cannot be bought and sold in the same trading period.

Note that Arrived funds follow a different redemption program and are not traded on the secondary market.
