When can I sell my investments on the secondary market?

Investments in individual properties must be held for at least 60 days before becoming eligible for sale on the secondary trading platform.

Once eligible, shares are able to be listed during the next scheduled secondary trading window, which occurs quarterly.

If you purchase shares during a secondary trading window, they must be held until the following window β€” shares cannot be bought and sold in the same trading period.

Note that Arrived funds follow a different redemption program and are not traded on the secondary market.
