How is a City Fund different from an individual property offering?

While our individual property offerings allow you to invest selectively, an Arrived City Fund allows investors to invest in a portfolio of homes at once, providing additional advantages.

Investors benefit from instant diversification, always-available investing, and improved unit economics by spreading business operations costs, such as LLC fees, auditing, and tax preparation across multiple properties.

An Arrived City Fund also provides exposure to various residential real estate-backed loans, allowing investors to own short-term debt acquired from 3rd-party lenders to fund real estate projects such as rehab, renovation, and new construction.
