Arrived investments are "non-covered securities" which is why Box 5 is checked on the form. This means that we do not report cost basis information to the IRS. However, to make it easier for our investors we provide supplemental information that shows the details of each individual share sale including dates, sales proceeds, costs basis, and whether the capital gain/loss is short-term or long-term.
