If you have access to your account via your original email, below are the steps on how to update:
Click your name in the upper right hand corner
Account Settings
Account info
Email
Enter in your new email and save

If you do not have access to your account or original email, we will require an identity verification call. The standard hours to update your email are 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET. Once you send an email to our team, we will share a link to book time.
Please send the request from your existing Arrived account email to support@arrived.com and state the new email.
From here we will need to schedule a Google Meet to verify information
