How can I change my email?

Steps on how to change your email

If you have access to your account via your original email, below are the steps on how to update:

  1. Click your name in the upper right hand corner

  2. Account Settings

  3. Account info

  4. Email

  5. Enter in your new email and save
    ​

If you do not have access to your account or original email, we will require an identity verification call. The standard hours to update your email are 9:00 a.m. ET to 5:00 p.m. ET. Once you send an email to our team, we will share a link to book time.

  1. Please send the request from your existing Arrived account email to support@arrived.com and state the new email.

  2. From here we will need to schedule a Google Meet to verify information
